Learn the simple but powerful sequence known as “rounding”, an additional technique for Vedic Meditators designed to provide more profound levels of rest, release stress and fatigue, deepen your meditation practice and expand your state of being.
Once you have learned, “rounding” can be done at home as needed.
If you've already learned to round but need a refresher, you can join us for the group round at a reduced cost.
Prerequisite: You must have learned Vedic meditation. This practice is for all ages, body types and fitness levels - you do not need any prior yoga experience or consider yourself an advanced meditator.
Investment: $85.
On the day: Bring a yoga mat & pen with you. The session will constitute your second meditation for the day.
