Vedic rounding is an advanced technique for those Vedic / Transcendental meditators who feel ready to deepen their meditation practice or are looking for extra nervous system support.
A round is comprised of a series of gentle yoga asana (positions), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. The asana and pranayama prepare the body for a deep dive in meditation, infusing your nervous system in your natural bliss chemistry.
During a round the body releases stress and fatigue; as a result we feel more calm, energised, happier and more physically and mentally clear.
No yoga experience is required - these are very gentle, easy postures with adaptations available where needed.
